TKT Education, its' employees and associated entities will make every effort to ensure that the advertised events and speakers present as and when advertised. If an advertised workshop, seminar or other event has to be cancelled a full refund will be made to registrants. If an advertised speaker is unable to fulfill the obligation a suitable replacement speaker/s will be scheduled if possible, or the event will be cancelled and registration fees paid in advance will be fully refunded.

TKT Education and their consultants expressly disclaim all and any liability for the results of any actions taken on the basis of general information given at an educational event, and are not responsible for any error or omission from such information.

To register for any event the registration fee in full (less any applicable discount) must be paid before the event and be accompanied by a registration form adequately completed to clearly identify the person/s registering for the event.

Forms may be obtained from this web site, from brochures distributed to various locations, or can be posted to you if you request one by email, phone or in person.

If you nominate your employer or another entity as your sponsor and asked that they be invoiced for your registration fees this will be done on the understanding that you have received authorisation from your sponsor. Should your sponsor not pay your registration fee/s then the charge will revert to you as the registered attendee.

Registrations at the door may be accepted only if space and is available and facilities are adequate to allow for extras, and cannot be guaranteed as the venues require final seating and catering numbers at least 3 days prior to any event.

We reserve the right to cancel an event up to 14 days prior to the event if registrations numbers are insufficient to make the event financially viable.

In the unlikely event this happens a full refund will be made to registrants.

Cancellations by registrants 30 days prior to events will receive a refund less 15% administrative costs.

Cancellations less than 30 days but more than 14 days will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations less than 14 days of event no refunds.

All efforts will be made to ensure that the advertised speakers present at our events or a speaker of similar standard is substituted if they are unavailable on the day because of unforeseen circumstances.

Every effort will be made to keep your details private. No unnecessary details will be collected or kept. Financial details such as credit card or bank account numbers will not be retained, but suitably disposed of when the requirement for this information has expired, i.e. the transaction has been completed.

Your details will not be passed to any third party either as part of a mailing list or for any other purpose. Your details  remain on our data base for future event notifications only, and will be kept secure and private always. If you indicate that you do not wish to remain on our mailing list please advise by emailing with the subject REMOVE and your name.
